what size puller for crank pulley?

what size puller for crank pulley?

About to to my opti swap and was wondering what size puller I will need for the crank pulley??

I think mine maxes out at 4". I got mine from Sears. Its the one that can be a two jaw or a three jaw puller in case you need a visual on it.

You don't really need one...just did my brother's opti last night...and done several before...just soak it in PB blaster, or some lube then hit it with a hammer on both end untill it wiggles off...good luck!

Cool thanks guys! now I have ways to get it off if one dosent work!
In quebec we have a joke about using hammers! a hammer is called a French screw driver!!lol if it dosent come of witht he srew driver use the hammer.

In theory, it comes right off, as noted above. If you hammer, do not hammer on the outer edge... you can break the pulley edge, or the rubber ring that connects the outer ring to the inner ring. If you have to "pull", use a puller that can pull on the inside ring, not the outside ring - same reason.
