Gears. I picked up .4 going from 2.73 to 3.73. I will get more with better traction because I spun way more.

Get gears man, it's like driving a completely different car.

1.6 roller rockers and a new clutch. not sure if a e-water pump is worth it for everyday driving?

Based on your 60' time, better tires might be a good idea. What are you running on now?

Some people have no problems with it, but I wouldn't put an EWP on a daily driver.

I'm with the post above. Get some better tires and hook up form the get go. This would help your time significantly

I doubt a 52mm throttle body did any good for you at all. The stock throttle bodies are rated for more hp than you have (judging by your mods). I would say either do the gears or long tube headers. BUT, there are like a million and one posts about "what mods should I do next?". Do some searching and you'll learn all you need to know.
