how about a Z06 Vette while you are it.....

Maybe offer to pay for his PCM to get reprogrammed if it isnt already. It shouldn't cost over $200 when all is said and done and if done right might net him 2 tenths in the 1/4 mile.

Yes, sometimes the best gifts you can get for a guy is to buy something for yourself! Know what I mean?

But on a real note you could always buy him something cheep for his car and it still be a good gift. Like a good wax for the car, or a california duster (i love mine) sometimes us guys are so busy saving up for the big stuff for our cars that we never buy the little things we need as well. Custom floor matts would be cool to! But if you can buy something on the expensive side then go ahead and buy him a bolt on of some sort. Odd's are he probably doesn't have much susspension work done so buying Lower control arms, or subframe connectors are good and fairly cheap. A strut tower brace is only like $80 and everyone here wants one of tho's if not already has one! Good luck.

Maybe you could get him some suspension mods like adjustable lower control arms or a torque arm relocator. Then the car will be safer to drive / ride in as wlel as gain nice traction.

You can get him subframe connectors, maybe some lenses for the front, buy him an HID light kit or a light conversion. He could convert to all projection beam headlights for $250 and his car would look pimp*

You could help him get his windows tinted or buy him some stereo mods if he is allready happy with his power. Possibly some gauges that he needs to monitor his ride.

N20 Kit???

Dont buy him floor mats or lights or anything gay like that, what if he thinks their FUGLY or Gay , or a waste of money ... I stick with my previous awnser of buying him some tools ...

A nice 6 piece set or Ratcheting Wrenches ... They really come in handy sometimes, are about 50$ , and since he is a car guy, he'll love it ... Its 6 wrenches, but theyre different sizes on both end , so its actually 12 sizes ... I forgot what brand they are, i borrowed em off my cousin when i was rebuildin my car from when i bought it totalled ...

You guys kill me ! You should try and hint around about his car, ask him if he needs or wants anything (for his car, not what he already gets ). If nothing else, some nice dress up stuff is always appreciated. And God bless you, you are a rare breed. I would have a heart attack if my girlfriend offered (or gave) me something for my car !

Put in some larger-butterfly throttle bodies and an oiled (cotton) air filter to catch contaminating particles before they impregnate the cylinder walls. Make sure you recharge it once in a while!
Replace the kinked intake house with a smooth rubber one, Home Depot has these.

If he has got a shorty get him a lift with a cold air induction and at the same time some rounder, wider, and taller tires. To do this may require a hotter than stock thermostat.

And then if he's into it help him plumb the exhaust. This will eliminate piston slap.
