or something for his car that his friends can see what a bitchin girlfriend he has that buys him parts for his car. My wife of 14 years, and known for over 24 years bought me a craftsman toolbox kit for my b-day 1st time and then wheelie bars for my race car. Then for sure I knew I had a keeper. Still lets me play with my cars and go to the track. goodluck

Be ready to spend some money, anything decent is gonna cost a pretty penny, so if your not willing to spend a bit i would get a different type of present... Drag radials would be BADASS, or cold air intake would be cool...

Since we dont know what kinda mods he already has , its hard to awnser ... Give him somthing special ( Cough cough hummmer cough ) and maybe some tools, all guys love tools
