I think the mods that you have now should easily put you at least mid 12s. I just ran a best of a 12.83 on a much smaller cam and stock heads. You said about traction being an issue already so why not start there? At the very least spend the $60 for weld in or $100 for bolt in relocation brackets. I started with some aftermarket lower control arms and it didn't really seem to help traction much. The relocation brackets helped a ton. Its still hard to launch the car from a stand still without either bogging down or lighting up the tires but at least once Im off the line the tires hook well. Also do yourself a favor and mount of some Nitto DRs if its a daily driver. You'll be surprised just how much some nice rubber can help too. Once your traction problem is fixed then worry about making more power. Just my $0.02.
