Well today i was determined to find my top end miss in my camaro and this is what i found. I found three roller rockers that looked like these the roller bearings are about to fall out. The motor only has under 5,000 miles on it.

 

Those look like Proform roackers (or those eBay specials, which also appear to be from Proform). They are junk. Get rid of them.
