Question what seal is this?????

Well I have taken my air pump off, water pump, opti, hoses, and a few other things. I'm trying to find out what the seal behind the opti is called so I can replaced all the seals while I have all of this off. Also I want to clean it up a bit, so what is the best stuff to use to clean your engine and parts???? Any help I would appreciate. Thanks

Re: what seal is this?????

do you mean the rubber o-rings on the opti shaft? Or the seal on the opti shaft, that is on the timing cover?
