1986 camaro z28

Hello I have a 1986 z28 all original 150k on it the motor is still strong and fires rite up..but I'm getting out on all four of my passenger spark plugs driver plugs are dry of oil..Is it my valve seals?it also smokes an I'm pretty sure it smokes at the passenger head

Probably so but you might pull the valve cover off that side and make sure the oil drain back holes aren't plugged up and causing oil to pool.

I've seen this also. It could very well be your issue.
