I thought it was high to and was going to post about it but i forgot. It seems to die in power in the top end like it hold the gear to long.

You had your PCM reprogrammed it says in your sig so call Bryan and ask him where he set it at.
Ed Wright did mine and its shifting at about 5800 or 5900, thats whats showing on the stock tach so who knows if its right.
I don,t remember what Ed told me he programmed it for, it was like 4 years ago.
I know my factory rev limiter is set at 6500 rpm and I have my accel 300+ set at 6250.

You are exactly right.
I had the stock rev limit upped to 6500 with programming so I could use the 300+ as my rev limiter.
Sorry, I should have been more specific.

It shifts per tables in the pcm. Find out from your programmer what they are set to.

Pointless. A stock LT1 is done by 5800.

Here is a stock heads cam and manifolds LT1 dyno. 5800 IS the perfect shift point fo0r a M6. For an auto which is going to lose more rpm on the shift i could see spinning to 6000, but certianly not 6500. Check your tach maybe by using a scanner or get an after market tach. It certainly wasn't intended to hold it to 6500 from the factory.
