what plugs/wires to buy?

I got my little tax situation fixed thanks to my wife, she hooked me up, so that freed up some funds. Going to do some Headers and ive been told to do the plugs and wires at the same time. What should i get, and why?

Heres what i got 1997 Z28, M6, 26,000 miles.

The milelage is low but the car does miss sometimes above 5500 RPM, just a studder, but its there.

I'm real happy with my Accel 9000 wires. I'm running stock plugs but I'll probably go with something else next plug change. I don't think the stock plugs last as long as claimed.

I'm currently running MSD wires and NGK TR55's. I'm quite happy with them and I haven't had any problem with them since I installed my headers. Might I suggest, investing in some fire sleeving to go along with your plugs and wires install. I have yet a set of wires to "arc" on me. Hope this helps.
