What plugs to run?

Ok, my friend has a hesitation we are trying to fix. I think he needs to change his plugs over already. Over the winter he ported and polished the heads and added a fairly aggressive lunati cam. He has new wires that aren't arching and an accell 300+ ignition. What would be the best plugs to run in this situation? Should that be gapped to .050 or less? Thanks.

regular TR55, I think the GPs are platinums. Its up to you if you want to spend the extra $$$ on platinum plugs, I just run the regular TR55s.

I've always used Bosch single platinums with no problems

(unless you're spraying!)
