I have the MSD wires run the factory route with Hooker Lt's. You can get them most anywhere, I ordered mine from Summit Racing. They are a pain to install, but with patience and lots of zipties they work great (no burnt wires after having for two years).

I ran Taylor's in stock routing with LT's for a long *** time, only burnt a plug wire once in 5 years.

I have some Elite wires over the valve cover. Over the valve cover is by far the easiest way to do it. Next time I'll order the opti boots and some MSD wire from Summit and make my own wires for over the valve cover. Someone has posted all the part numbers neccessary to do it on here before.

MSD 8.5 OVC wires. I figured that if im doing the headers I might as well do everything. Now i can change my wires in hardly anytime at all.
I do not have any pictures but, any OVC is going to look almost the same. I got mine form summit and if I remeber right the price was around 120$. Also I went to thunder racing to get the loom kit and some heat sleeves. I can't remeber how much those were but, you can check at their sight.

We almost always do the taylor or MSD cut to fit wires.. Takes a bit more time but you can run/route them anyway you like...

Taylor was junk for me.

My dyno graph looked like the car was having a seizure. Swaped out to MSDs in the stock location...problem solved. My taylor over the valve covers were like 5 months old. They arched right through the side of the wire.

For a relatively stock car with long tubes the OTVC wires were nice, but the more modified you get, the more often the valve covers come off. Saves lots of time not messing with wires every time.
