After seeing those pics, somebody diffintely moved your cruise box. It is supposed to mount more under the frame rail, not on the side of it. Hope you get it figured out.

Just got the car up and sure enough the cruise was bolted right to the frame rail.
So now it's laying on the ground...
Looks like I need the bracket so I can put it back correctly.
I belive the part # is 10195575.
Can anyone confirm that?

gmpartsdierct.com is listing that as a braket. Might ought to check with your local dealership, or boneyard.

That looks like the right part number. You might also want GM PART # 10195513 that is a little cover that fits on the rear part where the cable is.

I remember reading somewhere that some CAI's would not fit if the traction control module is in the way. Could that be it?

No it's the cruise control module mounted in the wrong place... Now I just need to find the correct bracket/hanger to put in back correctly...
