What oil and oil filters do you guys use

I have a 8K engine, but am still going to trust a Delco filter.

Both my race and the Camaro have engines that cost >$13K and they both have AC Delco filters.

I've got 12 hard years on my motor and its always had AC oil filters...I do change the oil about every 3000 miles, though...I say do whatever works for you...
