What offset to use on ZR1 wheels?

It looks like Im going to have to mount them sooner than I thought. Ive been told 56mm offset? Will I have any complications with my rotors hub and these wheels like I am with the TA wheels I just mounted?

Thanks

Depends on the width. 17x9.5 should be 56mm. 17x11 should be 50mm. You need to check the wheels when you get them for a possible interference between the inner diameter of the hole in the wheel, and the outer diameter of the hub. You should easilly be able to tell if there is an interference. If the wheel won't mount flush against the hub when you hold it in place by hand, you need to do some light grinding. Just don't crank it on with excessive torque like you did for the last set.

Assuming you're talking about 17X9.5" there is some wiggle room. I'm having no problem with the 38mm offset AFS': http://www.jonaadland.com/NewPics3/Weelsoutside.JPG . They stick out farther than the 56mm, so whether or not you like that is a matter of personal preference. I got them mainly for increased track and brake clearance. They also go a little more cheaply than the "Camaro offset" wheels on Ebay.

They fit with no modifications.
