what mods should I get?

I want your opinions,

I have a 95 camaro z28. I was wondering what kind of mods should I add to my car. I plan on ordering a k&n air intake this week and I want to get an american thunder cat-back flomaster exaust. Along with that I want to get nitto 555r's for my rear tires, I have eagle hp's right now.

I have about 500-700 dollars to spend extra after that. I was wondering what kind of mods would be best for that amount of money and where should I go to get those mods.

CAI and exhaust are a good start, I personally would get something other than flowmaster. Maybe get some headers while you are at it

Thanks for your reply. I have talked to some people around here and I hear that flowmaster is the way to go. My friend also has a flowmaster in his 93 5.0.

I was thinking of getting headers but I also hear it is a pain in the butt when installing them, even know it is worth it in the end.

I had flowmaster american thunder on My z when i got it. I got rid of it after this past winter because it was rattling and rusty. Now i have SLP loudmouth...its a lot louder, and the car is much faster. The flowmaster doesnt actually "flow" all that well...IMO go with another brand catback...although flowmaster does sound nice.

flowmaster are imo the best sounding out there.... they don't flow QUITE as well as other... but the difference is minimal...

"loudmouth" 's... are HELLA QUIET

first time i heard a z with a loudmouth... with all the hype from this board... i was like are you sure????

anyway... anyways... imo you want a flowmaster catback with an 80 series, and no cat... an SLP CAI, and some mac mid tube headers...

being a pain to put on... is NO excuse..

What are the best types of headers to buy for your car(heddman, hooker, etc.). Also, how long do they take to install and are they a pain in the butt to install like I am hearing in some magizines I have.

if your not worried about smog... hooker longtubes are the concensus on this board (and i think you need to have a custom pipe made for em too)... i disagree to a degree and say mac's... which i believe are ALWAYS midlength's....
