what mods next to get??

what mods next to get??

Current mods are in sig and trans is dead. I have 2800bux to play with and i have a proformance shop that will says for that 2800bux i can get a yank 2800 stall and a trans rebuild my 3.73 gears installed,dyno tuning, magnaflow catback, lt4 hotcam and labor. is that what i should go with or ask for some other mods instead??? trying to get the most power and be streetable, car is not a daily driver but i dont what it to sound like a race car all lopy and stuff.

So you have $2300 left after the stall and rebuild? I'd say it's time for heads and a cam.

Other nice stuff -- wheels & tires, brakes, SFCs, LCAs w/ relocation brackets, panhard rod, torque arm...

Oh, jeez, I didn't even notice that you don't have a catback. Yeah, do that first.

That is a pretty nice package for 2800 bucks, that will definitely make a night and day difference in your car. I say go for it.

If you do your own labor, I'll bet you can get heads at that price too.

Find a friend that's done it before, buy a six-pack, and make a weekend of it.
