Only 250 intake? If our cars flowed that stock, good god we`d have a monster. LS1`s got all the cool stuff that the LT1 shoulda. Like a coil for each cylinder

Yes LS1's are defiently bad to the bone.
Like many said your easiest and cheeper bet is to stop fighting and join them, buuuuuuutt I am not going to do this and I see more fun in out running someone in a much slower car from the factory.
I would say a good set of ported heads and a big cam with macthing intake and all the bolt ons with a big stall. This would get you very close and just to top it off a superchrager or nitrous would put the nails in the coffin. I dynoed 460.6rwhp today with the above set up but nitrous not the superchager. I hope to be in the 10's for this coming SLP day.

last time I went to the track I lined up next to a 02 WS6. My reaction time was 4 tenths faster than his, but he still took me by the sixty foot.....by the end of the quarter he had about 2.5-3 carlengths on me

You could put a bad *** solid roller 396 in and stomp the sht out of her, unless she us evenly matched in the CID deparment than all bets are off. You just can't beat the LS1 head design.

I don't know why you guys think that LS1 would be impossible to beat. I am getting my heads just mildly ported to 260ish cfms so that would be equal or a tad better than LS1's. So I would think if he would get his heads done like that and a cam equal to or better than hers he will be right with her. LLoyd will port heads for close to 500 that is a cheap way to catch up to LS1's.
