What Mods Do I Need To Take This Modded LS1?

Its a '02 Z28 M6 with Corsa exhaust, headers, BMR springs, and a cam.

My car is '94 Formula auto.

The amazing thing about this car is that its a chicks, and shes planned all the mods herself. Anyways, what do I need to take her out? (car I mean )

all the typical bolt ons, plus...fully ported heads, roller rockers, big cam (230/236), ecm reprogram, high stall, shift kit, 373 gears, lt headers, duals or 3.5" or bigger cat back, sticky tires and practice launching...

then it may be close....ls1's with cam/heads are SICK!!!

or...
i guess you could go all the bolt ons, sticky tires and a 150hp shot of nos...that should get you low 11's i'd say....

IF ya can`t beat`m, join`m. If not, you`re gonna have to do some work. Stall, headers, catback, shiftkit,Meziere WP, CAI, 52MM TB,Nitto`s,and a Cam should take her down.

You'll definitely need a stout heads/cam combo, super charger, or NOS. Some LS1's dyno 400 rwhp with a cam and headers on stock heads Yes, I said stock heads It takes a beefed LT1 to hang with a properly cammed LS1 with LT's. Rotsa ruck raggy

haha, its going to be tough if she gets that cam. LS1's are sick with just bolt-ons in some cases.

AMEN........i would go with the supercharger idea, heavy duty cam, lt headers, exhaust,....................s*** why dont you just go out and buy one........with the money you are looking at to sink into yours to catch her......you could find a 98 ls1 and put headers/cam into it and you would be better off........anyways good luck man

Theres more satisfaction in taking a slower car to beat a faster one. Hell if I wanted to spend MORE MONEY i'd get a 350 GTA or IROC and mod it. But the LT1 is a better starting point. And I already have one

you can always look into what people liek projectz28 are doing. all he has is a few bolt ons, gears, convertor, and a cam. teh cam isnt' even taht nuts, i think it is similar to an LT4 Hot Cam. he runs 11.9-12.0 all the time on good tires and a lame suspension in a full weight car.

later

I thought LS1 heads only flow like 250ish on intake which a decent ported LT1 head should match that or surpass it pretty easy. So i would think if you had decent heads and a cam comparable to what she has i think you would be even.
