The dealer has the correct washers that you need, but you could try a thin coat of RTV on them. That worked for me recently when I found out that there are 4 of those washers total (2 on the coolant crossovers and 2 on the oil cooler tubes which are right above your oil filter) and my local dealer only had 2 in stock. I've been running for about a month now with RTV on my old ones that I reused and I have no leaks so far.
