What just happened???

Well, I think Ive run into my first lt1 problem. I was just running out to my gfs house and my car started fine and went down the drive way fine. Then i stopped to check my fog light because the left fog light is out. So parking brake on and such, i get back in lower the parking brake and my parking break warning light is still on, then it says ABS INOP. So I am driving around my neighborhood and i turn off my radio and I hear this kind of mini supercharger sound and my electricity to the car keeps stuttering?? I have no idea whats wrong because it started up fine and then it got messed up when I started driving. The only thing I have done recentely was switched my head unit, but it did have wires from subs and amps and install a trick flow elbow. Also when me and my friend where installing my head unit, the security light for the alarm (aftermarket, codec alarm) got disconnected and my alarm stopped working(like beeping when I locked it and unlocked). Any ideas??? Sorry its so long!!! Thanks Guys.

you should check your sensors by the calipers, maybe one of your sensors went out.

ABS INOP can be caused by a third brake light out. Check that.

maybe its just the switch on the parking brake. I'm sure the computer is like whoa hold on. Put down your brake

IF your BRAKE and your ABS INOP light is on, my bets are it's a bad third brake light.

um, the brake and abs inop light may also come on when the alternator is taking a crap. since you said your voltage is stuttering i would investigate the alternator. i just went through this and a new alternator fixed everything right up.

Well, the third brake lights pretty obvious Someone stands behind the car while someone hits the brakes. The alternator needs to be taken off and taken to A-Zone, they will test it for free.

Or if you're absolute friendless, you can get a damn brick and throw it on the brake pedal.
