I think 30# should be alright, maybe even 28#...anything that flows more then the stock pump should work out alright. Don't need the best one but don't want the worst one either.

Re: what injectors and fuel pump do i need

I'm running a 383 right now and everyone has told me I need at least 36lbs. injectors. I have 30# right now and at wide open throttle my inj DC was at a high 70% with my old heads and cam. You dont want any more than 80% duty cycle and to some thats even too high. I would recommend 36# and I hear racetronix makes a very nice plug and play 255lph fuel pump. Thats hat Im going with when mine dies. If it ever does....160,000 and still kicking. Knock on wood

Definitely get a Racetronix, and I would say 42's...its better to go to big then to small...in case you add anything else in the future.

I would think you could really screw up your car running stock inj/fuel pump...I'd be easy on it.

Re: what injectors and fuel pump do i need

Get a fuel pressure guage and check your fuel pressure at WOT. Do you have any way to scan the car?

36# and a 255lph pump would be fine with your setup.

Re: what injectors and fuel pump do i need

Is that on stock heads? Are you planning to do a heads/cam combo? If so I would say 42#ers so you can do more upgrades. Also the racetronix 255 w/plug and play seems to be a very nice part.

edit: I think racetronixs' 36 and 42# injectors are the same price.
