hello all....first off this is not z28 beast..its his brother as he is currently in afganistan. he has told me about this site and said if i have any problems putting his car together ask on here. my question is this. with the mods listed in his sig what # fuel injectors should i get? the stock ones are kinda old and the little plastic o ring keepers are all broken. i would like to buy injectors that are big enough to support more mods later on but arent to big for the current setup. what are your recommendations? also what brand accel, trickflow etc...

Stockers are fine for at least 360-375HP at the flywheel. With basically a cam and exhaust, you probably aren't at the upper limit. If you want to buy new injectors, with future mods in mind, what kind of flwyheel HP are you thinking about? Multiply that goal by 0.07 to get the minimum injector size.

Example:

450 flywheel HP x 0.07 = 31.5 #/HR, buy 32's.

 

Racetronix sells a good injector and you can have the sets flow matched. I believe most head/cam setups usually run their 37# injectors. Give them a call and see what they can do for you. Keep in mind you will need to have the PCM tuned for injector changes.

 

As stated before stock injectors are good to about 375-400 HP. If you want to do further mods in the future I would look at the SVO 30 lb injectors. Ran them for years with my LE setup.
