What are ideal O2 sensor readings?

I just got an AutoXray scanner and was watching my O2 sensor readings with the car running. Mine fluctuate up and down anywhere from 85 to 800 mV.

Sounds good, they are not supposed to stay at one reading but rather bounce back and forth across 450mv quickly. At WOT they will stau steady somewhere in the high 800s into the 900s but are not accurate up there so don't worry about the exact number.

Read the air/fuel section of this:

http://members.aol.com/InjuneerZZ/ScanMast.htm

It will explain what the typical reading will be in closed loop at part load/part throtttle, and in power enrichment mode at WOT. It will also explain why O2 sensor readings at WOT are not reliable.
