What Hose is this?
It starts from the top of the Radiator, then leads on the side on the throttle body, from there I don't know where it leads. It starts off Rubber, then changes to metal. I told my mechanic it was leaking today, He said it was corroded. I told him i was planning to go to my local Camaro junkyard for a replacement. It look like water.antifreeze. then I notice oil under the car! Its a 1994 Camaro Z28. I hoped it didn't blow a head gasket, cuz the hose ripped.

Coolant runs through the Throttle body to prevent it from icing over. IIRC, it will then go from the TB to a metal tube that goes to the back of the head. You can bypass the TB and gain a few ponies. In short, to answer your question, it is a coolant line, and if it is cracked, it will need to be repaired or replaced. Certainly not a difficult job. Best of luck to you.
How do i bypass it? close the nipple from the radiator? but where did the oil come from? i haven't looked under or anything 2 see where it came from. I was juz already fed up to look more.
The routing of the hose depends on the year of your car. On the 95-97 LT1's, the coolant from the back of the heads passed through the throttle body. But that's not correct for a 93-94.
Just look at the coolant diagrams on Shoebox's Tech Pages:

Can you give a better pic of it?[ and you say it is a 94?]
If a hose goes from the 'radiator to the driver side of TB' it is 95-7 configuration.. see hose #5 here in shoebox' diagram[s]:
http://shbox.com/1/95-97_hoses.jpg
If a hose goes from the 'steam pipe to rear of the heads, to the psgr side of TB' [#4 in above diagram] it's also 95-7 config..
[NOTE: If there are NO hoses to the TB at all, and the 'steam pipe hose to rear of the heads goes to radiator' the '95-7 style TB bypass' has been done...]
Now for 93-4:
If a hose goes 'from the radiator to the steam pipe hose to rear of the heads' [and hoses are still on the TB] it is 93-4 configuration.. [OR if there's no hoses on the TB, the 95-7 style TB bypass has been done...] see hose #4 here:
http://shbox.com/1/93-94_hoses.jpg
The 93-4 TB coolant hose on driver side goes to hose # 14 above diagram:
The 93-4 TB coolant hose on psgr side goes from TB to the 'bleeder tee' in the heater hose[ #9 here]:
http://shbox.com/1/heater_hoses_93-94.jpg
No hoses on the TB and a coupling on hose #9 in the '93-4 heater hoses' diagram, to #14 in the '93-4 hoses diagram', is what makes up a '93-4 style TB bypass'
I suspect that the leaking hose is '#5 on:
http://shbox.com/1/95-97_hoses.jpg
and that for SOME reason the hoses are not 93-4 config, but are 95-7 config.. [engine swap perhaps?]
I am partly basing that on the fact that you say:
"It starts from the top of the Radiator, then leads on the side on the throttle body" [drivers side?]
And, that the 'bleeder pipe' that is partly visible in 2nd pic does NOT appear to have a 'tee' in it.. [that's a '95-7 bleeder pipe.. a 93-4 has a 'tee' in it]

Its a 1994 Camaro Z28. Yea its #5 on the diagram. I just went to my camaro junkyard, I bought the hose, but on my invoice it says oil hose. Is this the reason i have a oil puddle under my car right now? It leaked oil? Cuz I thoght it was water, cuz i was surprize 2 see oil on the floor.
#5 is a coolant hose..[3/8"] and is also for a 95-7 configuration..
I have no idea why there's oil under the car.. probably another seperate unrelated leak.. no way that hose did that..

No... you will not see oil in what leaks from a coolant hose. If may be irridescent, but it will still look like coolant, just discolored. If you have oil dripping from the front of the engine, check the timing cover, front main seal, seals on the Opti drive, water pump drive gear area, front seal between block and intake manifold (it is just RTV), oil pan gasket, or the valve cover gaskets.
Yea, I juz took a glimpse on the Driver side on the LT1. I cant see where the oil leaked from, I'm guessing Oil pan, or oil filter. or where My sensor is at the bottom of the oil pan, it was kinda leaking. I guess it finally gave out due to the pressure of the hose that ripped. Ill check it out tomorrow when the car will be jacked up by the mechanic. I wont mind much if its the sensor, or Oil filter. Because it wont cost much as a Blown Head Gasket. Im just tired of fixing one thing, then another thing breaks
