What the hell would cause SEVERAL rocker arms to loosen up?

All on driver side...not at the same time, but all within a month of each other. First it was the exhuast rocker arm on #5 cyl...then it was the one furthest to the front(#1?)...and now I think ANOTHER one is loose. Could this just be wear(63k miles), and the stock bolts are getting worn out, and time to be replaced? Or could this be the cause of something more serious?

My guess is that you did not tighten the set screws enough.

What does it sound like? Because I think all of mine are loose on one side some how. Does is sound like little ticks, kinda like the sound electricity makes when it sparks?

Yea thats how it sounds.

And I have never done valve train mods, so I have never removed the nuts in the first place. And when it loosened up, I tightened it down to Zero lash like im supposed to.
