What the He!! is the problem?

Ok, when i had the broomstick(factory)shifter, it didn't feel that bad

But when i put the b&m on, it can be felt more!

When i shift, it needs a push to get it in gear. Does this mean clutch? Or throwout bearing? Help please

Ditto. The T-56 needs a little extra push to get into gear. If you want smooth, try the ZF6 in the 92-96 Vette.
