I have just done a heads and cam install and have put about 75miles on the engine and I am going to do an oil and filter change to get all the assembly lube and stuff out - just wondering what grade of oil I should be using now or if I should just stick with the 10w30 I have been using. I plan on taking the car to the dyno and the track in the next couple of weeks if the weather is good. Thanks.

 

No reason to change for heads and cam. 10W30 is fine. Most will suggest and good synthetic oil.
