what gas miliage should i be getting with my mods?

the mods are in my sig for some reason i am getting about 12 - 13 mpg and that dose not sound right but i am just wanting to make 100% that its way off before i start trouble shooting. because i don't know how bad a stall will kill mileage

3.23 and the stall don't help.

Assumming you are talking mostly city and mixed driving... so that doesn't sound too bad.

Make sure the air filter is clean, replace the fuel filter, check plugs and wires. Thats about all you can do.

I got 3000 stall, LT's, Borla small plate with 373 gears. In the city I rev time to time and taking off I get 14.5 to 15.25. On the highway I get about 23. Car has 95,000 miles on the clock as well.

My car gets pretty good gas mileage but my right foot won't allow it.
