What is fuel pressure supposed to be ???
With the vac line off the regulator it should be 43.5
then the regulator takes over from there. But i can't tell u for sure what it would be around at idle or WOT. If its at 43.5 with vac line off then you should be good to go.

The spec is 43.5psi, +/-2.5psi, so at idle, no vacuum line, anything from 41-46psi is "OK". Connect the vacuum line, and the pressure should drop in proportion to intake manifold vacuum, or 6 to 8psi on a stock cam.
To measure the pressure at WOT, you have to be at WOT, max load/max rpm. The pressure should stay within 1 or 2psi of the "no vacuum" reading. Simply measuring the idle pressure without the vacuum line connected will not tell you if the pump can supply the demands at full load.
