What do you think of my future mods?

I just got a 94 z28 100k and was wanting to know what you guys thought about my future mods. I am planning to go with a transgo shift kit, cai, airfoil for the tb, underdrive pulleys, tb bypass kit, cat-back exhaust, and one of those resistor deals to trick your computer into thinking there is colder air coming in then there really is (does this hurt gas mileage?). Do you think I need a torque converter or not? Will the life of my car be decreased by any of these cheap mods?

Thanks alot

For the most part cheap mods are not worth much. Forget airfoils and pulleys and resistor dealies, go with proven mods when you can afford them. CAI, headers/catback, roller rockers are all worthwhile.

I agree. CAI/headers/roller rockers/suspension are good for first mods.

I also agree with the others, go with the proven mods like the CAI and catback, not the nickel and dime stuff. That's money best spent elsewhere. I would definitely do a complete tune up first, especially since your ride has 100,000 miles on her, then go crazy with the mods!

I figured I could put this into overkill.

CAI/Headers/Gears/Catback plus lots of suspension mods.

Airfoils are a better value than nitrous make sure you get 2 just incase you need to stack them into the thottle body for an extra 45 horses.

WAIT scratch that, the 45 hp airfoil stack only works on Imports
