What do you think about these LCAs?

What do you think about these LCAs?
Found these on Ebay, obviously. Hes selling several sets so looks like he makes them or has them made or works for a shop that makes them. I dont know how billet aluminum compares to chromoly. Also on BMRs site their adjustable LCAs say "race only", why is that, what is it that makes them race only? Ill most likely end up getting BMR boxed chromoly or tube chromoly, but just curious about these.
