Well ok just recently I broke off my low oil sensor into my oil pan, but im just gonna leave it in there. People told me I should be fine cause its just plastic and its not really big, but anyway The car runs great. Well havent started it since the thing fell in the oil pan but anyway what all do I need for a 2500 mile trip. 85000 miles on the car now. Runs real good but i still have the original plugs and wires, optim water pump and all that. Do I need to check anything to make sure i dont break down or what would yall do? The only thing that worries me is that low oil sensor.

change the fluids, and bring a gallon of distilled water with you,you'll be fine
