What is the difference between LS1/LT1 MAF sensors?

What is the difference between LS1/LT1 MAF sensors?
I searched and couldn't find any solid info on what the actual differences were. Do the MAF sensors report the same Hz to the pcm? Anyone know the difference?
I need a MAF to troubleshoot, but all I have are LS1 friends
