what is cyliner fall off? is that bad

I went to the dyno about a month ago and had my car dyno tuned. It had a high stumble and the guy siad it was gas at the time. My friend went to the place today and I had him brin ghome my printout. Today, my friend said that the guy said it was cylinder fall/drop off. What is that? is it bad? how do I fix it? is it worth me to biuld this engien like with headers and heads or should I save up and biuld a new engine like a 355 or something?
thanks for all the help

Cylinder fall off? I've heard of compression bleeding off and valve float but never cylinder fall off...
