what is causing my car not to start?

well all the wires were fine and the starter is good. i had to pull the starter when installing my new headers. so i installed it right back up. the old starter acted just like this one is doing now? they both don't want to inguage they just spin...these are all the mods i have done in the past couple months and haven't started the car since then until now. the factory starter had no shims so i put none on the new one. with these mods have no clue what would be keeping the starter from kicking in? please help Thanks , if i misunderstood the map sensor wires, the car would still fire up. right?? the motor is turning right now. all fuses are good. would a tune on my computer have gone wrong and not let the car kick over? anyone have that happen?

vortech s-trim
42lb injectors
255 fuel pump
computer tune from madz28
2 bar map sensor
msd btm box, but isn't wired up yet.
ac delco plugs with like maybe maybe 10miles on them
new accel 1200 heat wires

It would be much better if you kept your original thread going instead of opening a new one. Makes it confusing and hard to understand/follow without any reference.

I am confused when you say your starter does not engage and then you say the motor is turning. I also don't know what you mean about the MAP wires.

sorry bout that, well what i mean is the car acts like it wants to start for a second or so then they starter starts to spin like crazy when you hold it longer, and i tapped it over and still nothing... like the order of the wires as to how i put them in the map sensor 2 bar plug. maybe i have them backwards from your drawing? but the car would still fire though.. i unhooked the msd box and put the stock coil wires back to normal and nothing. coil is getting power. guy i just talked to online said that my tuned stock pcm can't read a 2 bar map sensor??? is this true?? i was told by bunch of people i needed to upgrade it... i hear no backfire ir anything from the motor, so no spark i would guess...

If the engine is spinning unusually fast with the starter, that can mean there is no compression. Have you been messing with the valves? Don't know about the PCM reading the 2 bar MAP.
