What all can cause a high rpm miss??

Runs good now in lower rpms but when i get on it it misses. It starts around 4500 rpms and stops till a little over 5k then starts to miss again i dont understand it. I have replaced 02's,wire,coil,opti, and plugs. The only thing i can think of is my mechanic said maybe one of my plugs is cracked or split or something. He said he put the scope on them and didnt seem any though. So any ideas man i'm sick of putting money in this car just to get it to run right

I had the same problem but is was my Opti after a process of elimation. You check out you ground strap for your coil and change all the plugs to be on the safe side of things.

Good luck to you.
