Vacuum leak will not really show on the compression test but out of adjustment valves definately will.

 

I sent ya a PM but you are putting out the expected cranking compression numbers for that setup, so nothing is wrong there.

Plug, read what Lloyd has to say. His setup is exactly the same and he's been thru all this with his ride. .035" gap is what you should use.
