I've never had a problem with my car starting until today. This morning it started right up and off to school I went, then when I got in my car to leave it wouldn't start. The motor didn't turn over, didn't hear a "click"....nothing. My lights work, radio, window, all that works I just can't seem to get my car to work. Ok fine so I wait a while to figure out what the deal is and then when I turn the ignition it started up perfectly. I recently did a long tube install on my car and those maybe affecting the starter. What do you guys think?

 

Your ignition switch is prolly on its way out.... $36 part from the dealer, but a PITA to put in, lol.

 

Could be the VATS. Was the security light on?. There is a 3 minute timer after which you can retry to start the car.
