Weird $hit happening

OK I went to the laserwash, drove about 2 miles and then took off from a stop sign and BOOM, , , Black Smoke billowing from the back and I had to floor it to get into my freinds driveway at about 2 MPH. let it sit for a min, fired right up!?!? been running fine since put about 150 miles on it since then, runs great! think I should worry???

Opti spark...yeah, Kevman was tellin me never take an F-body to an auto wash, cause they wash under your car, and if they get to the opti spark, its gone.

I first thought that maybe the MAF got water in it, , and when the wire cooled off, bam the pcm went full rich, but the Opti - water thing sounds more plausible
