washed lt1 and now...

so I have a 1994 z28 m6 ..had a few leaks I couldn't find ...power steering
oil and coolant...washed it fixed leaks it wouldn't run for 3 days ...now I drove it for 3 blocks it ran fine then back fire in the intake if you touch gas..high idle and runs soooooo rough...I know I got opti wet but if I broke it I would need to replace it because it wouldn't run at all right? also cleaned all sensors top and bottom..and I have a code light and no scanner

Since you got it wet, I would replace it. My pin to drive the opti was to short and it still ran.

I'm not an expert in how they work but I know if mine was wet it would be replaced.

What does "washed it" mean? Without a way to scan you have to guess. My best advice is to get a scan solution.
