I bought a 3 inch bullet muffler made by dynomax, can I just weld it in place of the flowmaster muff? I need to keep the tips also bc it is a TA and they look gay without, so no dumping of exhaust. let me know thanks

Are you talking about a single inlet/outlet? If so that's what I have, it can be done. I have that set-up with one exhaust tip coming out back.

 

yes, but I want to run two tips on each side

 

in order to keep your two exhaust tips, you will need to get the bullet muffler welded into you I-pipe, and have the flowmaster cutoff and put bended straight pipes in place of the muffler so the tips remain in the stock position. around here we call that "straight pipes"
