I have nearly the same setup...well at least the parts you listed and show in your pics.
Curious about what cam your running. Just a ball park idea if it's a custom.
Cam is something in the way of 235/240@/050 /600 lift or so 112 LSA. To the best of my recolection.

Thank you for all the kind words fellas, I appreciate it.

11.5:1 SCR

Victory Racing CNC Ported LT1 Heads and VRE Custom Camshaft, specs listed above are a rough area that the cam falls into.

We use Kirk at Vector Motorsports. I have personally been working with him since 1998 on both my own projects and customer stuff. Always does me right and he has been working with LT1 and LSx cars since their inception.

He can be reached at 586-453-9030.

Thank you for the kind words.

The client in this case does hit the car show circuit pretty hard and he wanted an engine that looked as good as the car it was going in. This car is by far is the cleanest 94 Camaro I have ever seen, so we certainly had our work cut out for us. In the end we did our best and the client was happy so it was a win win for everyone.

Re: VRE Project '94 Camaro

I'm interested in that oil pan. Does it have the proper clearance for the stroke on the 383 (how long of a rod are you using?)??? Does it have all the necessary sensor fittings?? Was it the same as the one that was posted in a link to Summit Racing?

That oil pan is a Moroso part that is made to clearance larger stroke engines, for 86-later one piece seal SBC. It isn't an LT1 pan per say since it does not have the bung for the low oil level sensor. The Milodon pan that we also use a lot of does have the provision for the low oil sensor however.

(edit: Milodon pan doesn not have the provision for low oil level sensor either but does incorporate the baffle and windage tray as stated above)

Happen to have a part number on that?? I need to procure a pan for the impending build. Thanks for the info.
