My engine seems to vibrate, and run kinda rough (not really sure how to explain how its feels, it doesnt seem like a miss, its just rough, lol). i can feel it for sure in 1st through 3rd or so, but the faster i go the worse it seems to get........ in 6th gear its really rough. its a real uniform roughness, if you can understand that.

I just put in a new clutch\flywheel 900 miles ago, but this problem seems to have developed just in the last 100 miles. My second gear synchro has also gone out, and i have been going from 1st gear to 3rd gear all the time, i really cant get into 2nd unless im at idle, not moving. this went out about 500 miles ago.

I have a street twin that has about 900 miles on it, in case you think this may have something to with the problem, and i did NOT get it balanced to my stock flywheel. it had a weight already on it.

any ideas?

check your U joints and driveshaft. easy fix if thats what it is.
