Vented opti Install

How much force should be used when installing one? Mines not going in as easy as I thought it would. I don't really feel like breaking anything.

Non-vented - should slide in easy if the splined shaft is seated correctly in the opti and the timing gear keyway.

Vented - May take a slight push to get the shaft (w/ o-ring) to slide into the hole in the cam face. Put a little oil on the o-ring and it should slide in without much force. If you've got to shove hard, then something is not lined up right.

Yea I figured the vented should be a little holder with it going into the cam face. I'll try putting a little oil on the o-rings. Thanks.
