Vented opti conversion

Im converting my car to a vented opti what else will i need
I got a 96 Timing cover
The newer style chain
Veneted opti

Did you look at the parts list? Will you feel comfortable changing the cam, timing set/cover? If so, you will be OK to do the conversion. If not, its "hard".

thats not a problem i bought a blower motor with a cam for the vented opti and the timing chain... all i need to do is the vented opti its self and the wiring / vacum lines

How do u figure i realy have no option. Im not gona rip apart a brand new motor , buy a new cam , Cover and timing chain its cheaper just to do the conversion. GM did it for a reason

The one he's selling adds an extra 10hp though Rob.

I wouldn't do it unless you're having problems with your current setup.
