So fuel pump wont turn on with key(it will prime jumping it at priming connection). I cant hook up or connect to my pcm through my obd2 port. The vats had been tuned out and I havent done any of the bypasses. Is it normal for vats to not allow me to connect to pcm? Ive pulled fuses, disconnected battery, pulled pcm out. Cleaned key and lock cyllander. Any suggestions as I will be trying to fix it tomorow. Also any pictures of the vats connections as I did read on showbox about the bypass. Will be looking it over better when I get home. I do have power in the obd2 connection still. Motor does turn over but no fuel pump. Thanks in advance. Also I know its rare for pcm to go bad but how do you know if one did?

update- it turned out to be a poor contact with the second pcm fuse (fuse wasn't blown but slight corrosion)
