Valve Stem Seal?

Guys,

I'm having the springs changed when I do the cam swap next month, so I completely forgot but it's probably a good time/insurance to go ahead and change my valve stem seals. Anyone recc a certain brand, type (rubber, teflon, viton, etc...) and size I need to go with.

Here are the specs of my heads and springs:

AFR 190s (1.800 installed spring height)
Intake valve (2.020 standard length)
Exhaust valve (1.600 standard lenght)
Springs - Howards 98441 (id: .800 and od: 1.437) (These are the one's going on)

Not sure if you need all this info, but just looking for a good set of seals that work great. Part numbers or links if you have em please. Thanks.

I have had nothing but bad luck with the K-line seals. I recommend the viton seals.

Viton is what I would use.

Double checked and the seals that AFR uses today and the same part # I have from AFR is for .530" guides and 11/32 size for valve stem. I am thinking about these from Comp, what du u guys think?
