valve springs

valve springs

i need a pair of valvesprings that are good up yo a .600 lift. what brand would you recomend. also need a price. and where to get them. this is for the gm 847 cam.

available through most of the site vendors. got mine at thunderracing.com for $140 i think

just installed them last week.

You will be pretty close with a valvespring good to .600 lift and an 847 cam. (if you plan to run 1.6 rockers that is)

K-motion k-800 springs would be an option.

do you want a set that simply drops in to the stock seats or will you have the seats worked over on the heads?

I'm using CC987 and they drop right in and are good up to 600lift.

I didn't machine mine i just dropped them in with the old locks and retainer. I'll dig around and see if I have the box to make sure I got the part # right. I did springs and rr at the same time aout 2 years ago.
