i am going to swap out my valve springs i have 1.6 rr's. ok i know i need the spring compressor (which did you use and how well did it work?), valve seals, and the springs, retainers, and locks. am i missing anything. i also would like to know what springs you would recomend for my setup. i will most likley get springs that support .600 lift, is that too much?. and one last question, how long did it take you guys. thanks a lot.

 

If you are staying with the stock cam, LT4 springs are fine. Super stiff springs will just accelerate wear.
I used the KD spring compressor. The job took me half a day, including clearancing the valve covers.
